The Amey Roads North Lanarkshire (ARNL) is a joint venture between Amey and North Lanarkshire Council (NLC) that delivers comprehensive highways services, including design, construction and all routine and reactive maintenance. The partnership – the UK’s first highways Public Private Partnership (PPP) since 1999 – has achieved record performance levels and was instrumental in NLC becoming Scotland’s “Most Improved Authority” in 2003.Read more
