ALC is an equal partnership between Amey and VT Land, to provide the MOD with a C Vehicle Capability for the provision of its civil engineering and rough terrain mechanical handling capability. Amey has a 30-year Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract with the UK’s Ministry of Defence (MOD). The contract has involved the refurbishment of the MOD’s Grade 1 listed building and temporary relocation of over 4,000 employees, as well as providing facilities management services to the Head Office buildings in Whitehall, London.
