Whether you join Amey as an engineer or in a non-engineering role such as business management, a world of opportunities opens up before you. We have two Graduate schemes:
Leadership Programme
This is an exceptionally demanding programme. If you have a 2:1 or higher, relish a challenge and can cope with a steep learning curve, this could be for your. The scheme operates from within both the engineering and business frameworks. We encourage applications from graduates in areas as diverse as finance, commercial, HR and business analysis. It's not for everyone though; just a small number of high-calibre graduates will have what it takes to become leaders at Amey.
Graduate Development Programme
This is our main graduate entry route into Amey. The scheme lasts two years and you will need a minimum 2:2 degree. You'll work closely with your line manager to achieve your goals and drive your career and development at a pace that suits you. Technical graduates can apply for positions focused on many areas of engineering including, quantity surveying, electrical and mechanical and of course, civil engineering.
